[Case Study Introduction 8] Cone Processing Challenge

Introducing a case where we challenged ourselves with "cone processing," which we had no prior experience in.

Oban Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of sponge, rubber, and plastic processing. We would like to introduce examples of processed foam for a variety of applications. We received a request to create a conical pole made of urethane as a safety device. Although we did not have any previous experience with conical shapes of this size, we conducted several tests and managed to shape it successfully.
